Atlantech Online Lights Multiple Buildings in Reston with Fiber

Atlantech's First Lit Buildings in Reston, VA

Spring 2021 has brought another first as Atlantech Online has lit with fiber buildings in Reston, VA. RTC West, respectively 12100, 12110 and 12120 Sunset Hills Road, are all now connected to the Atlantech Online regional fiber network. The addition of the buildings in Reston is evidence of the continued expansion of the Atlantech Northern Virginia fiber network.

Located in front of the legendary Reston Town Center, RTC West is a campus of three newly renovated Class A office buildings totaling over 490,000 square feet along with two multi-story parking garages. The 13.78-acre development shares all the world-class amenities of Reston Town Center and offers easy access to the Dulles Access Road and Dulles International Airport.

Plans are currently underway for a new Metro station immediately adjacent to the property. As a result, RTC West will offer direct Metro transportation to the nation's capital. Each of the buildings feature a newly renovated double-height lobby with a prominent front entrance vestibule, polished marble floors, a glass balcony overlook, a striking wood treatment on the second level and a custom glass art piece.

Tenants will also enjoy a brand new 2,000 square foot fully-equipped fitness facility with locker rooms and showers. A secondary entrance provides direct connectivity to the covered walkways leading to the structured parking garages. Each building has structured surface visitor parking as well as a four-level parking garage with a total of 1,619 parking spaces. Future plans include adding approximately 45,000 SF of desirable on-site retail, primarily restaurants.

In addition to the parking, prime location, and amenities, RTC West now offers tenants the ability to access high speed Internet bandwidth at very affordable prices. Additionally, Atlantech's Hosted PBX service can be utilized by tenants. Tenants using Microsoft Teams can use Teams as a softphone on Atlantech's Hosted PBX platform. Lastly, tenants can access AWS, Azure, Google as well as other cloud providers using the Atlantech Online Cloud Connect service.

"Our Northern Virginia network of lit buildings started in Crystal City. Gradually, we've added buildings heading west. For the first time, we now have lit buildings in Reston, and we intend to add more as things continue to pick back up in 2021," stated Ed Fineran, President of Atlantech Online.
