Customer Service Representative

Atlantech Online is looking for customer service representative(s) to provide a valuable link between our customers and our company. Customer service representatives are responsible for responding to customer inquiries and making sure that any problems they are experiencing are resolved in a timely & courteous way. We are looking for individuals that have an eye for detail and accuracy, and can determine what is in the best interest of our customers. They must have a pleasant, friendly style and be able to interact with customers to provide information in response to services and billing questions.
