Atlantech Online Awarded Contract by WSSC

Atlantech Online, Inc. Awarded Contract by Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) for SIP Trunk Voice Services

Silver Spring, MD, September 6, 2023 – Atlantech Online, Inc. is pleased to announce being awarded Contract No. 47557 by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunk Voice Communications Services.

Under the terms of the three-year contract, Atlantech Online will provide SIP Trunk Voice Communications Services to WSSC, which can elect to extend the agreement for two additional option years.

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking is a method of delivering voice and other unified communications services over the Internet. It uses the SIP protocol, which is a signaling protocol designed to initiate, maintain, modify, and terminate multimedia sessions including voice, video, and messaging applications.

Atlantech Online brings a wealth of experience and expertise in delivering innovative telecommunications solutions to various industries.

"Atlantech Online is an exceptional telco provider. Their service is reliable and their customer service is top-notch. Our previous carrier could not provide SIP trunking to us quickly or cost-effectively as Atlantech.

Choosing Atlantech is a decision I do not regret. Atlantech Online has made my job as telecommunications manager a lot easier than in the past. There is no reason not to consider Atlantech Online as a CLEC."

"We are honored to be selected by WSSC," said Ed Fineran, President of Atlantech Online. "We are excited to provide WSSC with the tools they need to maintain exceptional communication and operational efficiency."

The prices, terms and conditions of the WSSC contract are extended to any of the members of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments Purchasing Group. Other jurisdictions that participate in the group may use pricing for their SIP trunking requirements for services such as Microsoft Operator Connect, for example.
