Ballston Gateway Lit with Fiber by Atlantech Online

3865 Wilson Blvd. Lit with Fiber

Adding another Class A building to our list of fiber-lit buildings in Arlington, Atlantech Online has installed fiber into 3865 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203. With fiber on site, tenants at Ballston Gateway can take advantage of high speed Internet access at attractive price points when compared to currently available telecommunication circuits. For instance, tenants can enjoy dedicated Ethernet connections at 100 Mbps or 1000 Mbps starting for as low as $750 per month. Many other bandwidth options are available at various price points. Additionally, tenants will be able to enjoy flat rate business phone service delivered via Atlantech’s fiber network and be on-net with our Hosted PBX service.

Thanks to its strategic location in the highly urbanized Ballston neighborhood and just miles from Washington, DC and Tysons, Ballston Gateway delivers Class A amenities– both inside and out. New on-site amenities include a refreshed and modernized atrium lobby plus an all-new tenant-only conference center and lounge. Amenities just two blocks from the front door include Ballston Quarter, with its eclectic mix of retail and restaurants. In addition to the new conference center and renovated lobby, new amenities at Ballston Gateway include an on-site casual café providing in-restaurant dining and pick-up options. Recent renovations of elevator lobbies, common corridors, and restrooms used top-of-the-line finishes.

The eight-story multi-tenant office building is well located on Wilson Boulevard and provides ample on-site, below-grade parking. The property boasts exceptional access to public transportation, with Metro stations, Arlington Transit buses, and various shuttles located in the immediate vicinity. The youthful energy of Ballston provides motivation to shop, eat and play in this lively community. Ballston boasts the most scientists/technologists per square mile in the U.S. due to the high concentration of scientific research agencies, including DARPA, the Office of Naval Research, the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, Virginia Tech, and more. Nonprofits, think tanks, and private sector companies are also making innovations in science and technology in Ballston.

"We've been lighting buildings in Arlington with fiber since before 2010. A long-time client of ours was moving into 3865 Wilson Blvd. and wanted to have access to Atlantech Online fiber at their new location. When other tenants found out about fiber being pulled into the building, it just made good business sense for all involved to take advantage of this new business amenity," stated Ed Fineran, President of Atlantech Online.

Tenants can now start saving money and eliminating bottlenecks with their current Internet and telephone access offerings from a DC-region based carrier that is dedicated to a high level of customer service.
