New Trouble Ticket System (CARE)

Atlantech Online is pleased to announce the release and availability of its new trouble ticket system, Care.  The Care support system provides new ways for our customers to interact with Atlantech Online Technical Support, Customer Service, and Sales. Customers will be able to log into a web interface to create inquiries, view their tickets, their ticket history, and respond to tickets.  Whether at their desktop or a mobile device, customers will find communicating with Atlantech easier than ever.

Later this year, Care will be integrated with a live chat system imbedded in the Atlantech Online website.  Through this live system, Atlantech customer service, technical support and sales associates will be able to answer questions live 24 hours a day.

We are very excited about the opportunities Care will give us to communicate more freely, quickly and conveniently with our customers.
