Scheduling Data Center Visits - iLobby

Dear Data Center Customer:

Attention to all our business data center customers... we would like to inform you that our scheduling and check-in process for data center visits has undergone a change.

As of Monday, March 13, 2023, the former method to sign up for data center work visits will cease. You will at that time, follow a new procedure. The new system, called iLobby, replaces the retired system, which was called the VCS.

In order to schedule a site visit to either the Silver Spring or Rockville Data Centers using iLobby, you can follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://www.atlantech.net/ilobby. (please change any bookmarks you may currently have to https://support.atlantech.net/vcs.php).
  2. Input your Customer ID, company name the requested date/time for the site visit and choose your location.
  3. Put your first and last name into the Contact 1 field, along with your email address and phone number. Your first and last name must match what is found in the Facilities Access List for your company.
  4. If you are bringing a guest, put their information into the appropriate Guest fields.
  5. Click submit upon completion of the appropriate fields.
  6. Once you have completed the registration process, iLobby will send a QR code to the email address of the Contact who will be visiting the site.

The person can then scan the QR code using their mobile device when they arrive on site, and their information will be automatically checked in by iLobby. Visitors will be required to self-check-in at a tablet located in the Visitor Control Center.
