Moving Tagged Messages
Log into your webmail account and go to the Mailboxes menu. The first thing we
need to do is create a mailbox to put the Spam into. Once you've clicked on Mailboxes,
you should see a button labeled "Create Mailbox" with a blank text field next to it.
Type the name of the mailbox you want to create, in this case, Spam, and press the
"Create Mailbox button. When this has been done, the word "Created" will appear just
below the "Create Mailbox" button.
Then click on the Rules menu. From there, give the rule a name, in this case we'll call
it Spam Move, and click the Add button.
Next, click the Edit link next to the rule you have just created. This will allow
us to define our rule.
Select "Header Field" from the Data drop down box, "is" from the Operation drop down
and enter "X-Spam-Level: xxxxx*" in the Parameter drop down. This will allow the rule
to catch any messages with a Spam level of 5.0 or higher. You can change the number
or x's to change the level of filtering. Then, select "Store in" from the Action drop
down and type in the folder you wish to move the spam to. This folder must exist in
your account. Enter it in the form "~username/Spam". This will put the mail in a
folder called Spam in the "username" account. Please keep in mind that the folder
name is case sensitive, so make sure that you type the exact name of the folder you
created in the first step.

Click the update button to save these changes. The page will reload and another set of
boxes will appear below the ones where you specified where to store the mail. Now, we
need to tell the rule to delete the message from the Inbox once it's been moved to the
Spam folder. To do this, we select "Discard" from the Action drop down box.
Click the update button to complete your rule. Be sure to go and create the folder
you just told the rule to move your mail to.
Deleting Tagged Messages
Log into your webmail account and go to the Rules menu. From there, give the
rule a name, in this case we'll call it Spam Delete, and click the Add button.
Now, we need to change the priority of this rule. We want it to catch messages
before the move rule, so we give it a higher priority. In this case, we'll give
Spam Delete a priority of 10 and click Update to save this change.
Next, click the Edit link next to the rule you have just created. This will allow
us to define our rule.
Select "Header Field" from the Data drop down box, "is" from the Operation drop down
and enter "X-Spam-Level: xxxxxxxxxx*" in the Parameter drop down. This will allow the rule
to catch any messages with a Spam level of 10.0 or higher. You can change the number
or x's to change the level of filtering. Then, select "Discard" from the Action drop down.
Click the update button to complete your rule.
