As an add-on to a dedicated server, managed hosting services are
designed to provide a comprehensive system administration solution for
customers. This service can shift typical system administration tasks from
the customer to Atlantech.
Typical system administration tasks include, but not limited to:
- OS/Application patch and update installation
- Maintaining/ensuring system/services availability
- Resource planning
- Performance tuning
- Health monitoring
Atlantech hosting staff will coordinate with customers to plan and
deploy a customized administration methodology and provide logistical
support when updates and/or maintenance become necessary. In short,
Atlantech's Managed Hosting services allow the customer to focus
more on the content and less on system administration.
