Atlantech Online is validated as CISP and PCI Compliant

CISP establishes a set of twelve industry-wide requirements designed to protect sensitive information from being compromised. These requirements, which also include numerous sub-requirements, are directed at all businesses that store, process, or transmit cardholder information. The announcement demonstrates Atlantech Online's commitment to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of credit card and personal data of cardholders that make purchases from merchants using Atlantech Online data center and web hosting systems.

To meet Visa's rigorous CISP compliance guidelines, Atlantech Online employed an independent, Visa-qualified auditor to perform a thorough inspection of Atlantech Online's Internet services infrastructure. The process included an intensive review of how sensitive information is classified, accessed, and stored, an analysis of network and system architecture, a complete assessment of IT policies and procedures, an on-site inspection of physical data center facilities, employee interviews and more.
