Enables Tenants to Access High Speed Internet and Toll Quality Phone Service at a Fraction of the Cost

Silver Spring, MD April 3, 2007 - Atlantech Online announced today that they have installed fiber into 3 Bethesda Metro Center, adding another Class A office building to its portfolio of "lit" buildings in Montgomery County. The service, called Building Wide Internet Service or BWIS, is already available in 16 other Class A office properties in Bethesda, Silver Spring and Rockville. With this announcement, the tenants of 3 Bethesda Metro Center can take advantage of high speed Internet access at attractive price points when compared to currently available telecommunication circuits. For instance, tenants can get 10 Mbps connections for as low as $350 per month whereas regular T-1 service, capable of 1.5 Mbps of throughput, normally costs approximately $500 per month. Additionally, tenants will be able to enjoy flat rate business phone service delivered via Atlantech’s fiber network.
