If your issue involves unsolicited email (UBE or
UCE), please include the entire unsolicited email
you received in your email to us, including the full
headers of the message. Please limit your submission
to essential information that would help us with investigating
the incident. Personal commentary may delay the processing
of your request.
If you are reporting a network security problem,
such as a port scan or DoS attack, please include
samples from your log files. Without this information,
your complaint will not be investigated. We control
many IP addresses and the majority of IP addresses
that we control are actually our customer's IP addresses.
We will contact our customer if a network under their
control is the one being reported. Also, using just
reverse DNS names to report network abuse is insufficient,
please include the actual IP address.
We do investigate each incident
brought to our attention and will take corrective
